Refund policy
Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
To start a return, please contact us at sales@cscrownbezel.com with your order number. We’ll provide instructions for shipping your item back to us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you and process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If the item is returned used, damaged, or missing parts, we may deduct a restocking fee or deny the refund.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or style, subject to stock availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days with photos, and we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund. Damaged item must be returned before replacement or refund is issued. We recommend insuring the item at retail value upon return.
